A 12-bore boxlock ejector with 28" replacement nitro barrels, the rib inscribed 'WILLIAM POWELL & SON. 35. CARRS LANE. BIRMINGHAM.' and scroll engraved at breech-end.  2 1/2: chambers bored approximately improved cylinder and 1/4 choke.  Treble-grip action, carved stylised acanthus fences, automatic safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE' detail, bouquet and acanthus scroll engraving, brushed bright and reblued finish. 14 3/4" figured stock including 1" rubber recoil pad.
