Coatings

Electrofin – Alternative to costly copper fins

Electrofin coating eliminates concerns over corrosion due to hazardous chemical environments or coastal (salt air). There is no appreciable loss of heat transfer and if maintenance procedures are followed the coating carries a 5-year warranty against cracking, flaking, or peeling. Maiocco & Associates coordinates the coil fabrication with the coating process to accomplish a seamless execution from receipt of order to the delivery of the final coated heat transfer assembly in as little as 7 days.
