Sometimes repairs and replacements cannot wait.  We are available to address your needs during business hours Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us after business hours or on weekends, your message will be forwarded to our emergency line and we will get back to you immediately.

 

Our Product Policy 

We supply piping diagrams and suggested ancillary hardware with every product to ensure replacement coils, tube bundles and heat exchangers can be installed and performing to your specifications immediately. 

 

Our Warranty 

Maiocco & Associates warrants that our replacement coils, tube bundles, and heat exchangers are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If the customer notifies Maiocco & Associates within the warranty period of a defective product, we will either repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Any damage from improper handling, storage, abuse, misuse, or alteration of the product in any manner voids our warranty obligation.

Our Credit Application

Maiocco & Associates requests credit card payment for the first order.  Customers wanting to set up a business account are required to fill out a credit application.
