Since starting the company, Chandrea’s sole focus has been to deliver products and services designed to enhance the customer's parking experience. As a full-time working mom, with a background in marketing, she had grown tired and frustrated over how much time and effort it took to park when she traveled or shopped. Needless to say, Parking Guidance Systems LLC was born out of this desire to find a better solution. As President and CMO, Chandrea ensures the company stays focused on representing and distributing technology driven, environmentally friendly parking administration systems that not only improve the parking customer’s experience, but improve the owners occupancy rate and profitability.

DEREK FRANTZ
Business Development
As Business Development Manager for PGS, Derek’s primary responsibility is to identify sales opportunities in emerging markets, develop relationships, present, and ultimately sell PGS parking guidance solutions. Derek’s ability to assess, analyze and deliver the best suited products or services to PGS client-base is what sets the company apart from the rest. In the parking industry since 2008, but providing high level business development and sales management skills since 1991, Derek’s reputation for not only taking ownership of projects from concept through completion but his ability to ensure the clients are satisfied and needs are met after the sale, are unmatched in this industry.

MIKE ARNIM
Software Project Manager / Corporate Marketing Strategist
Mike’s 20+ years of software /security design and development experience led him to PGS where he oversees the company’s custom app,software, and parking system integration design. Mike oversees meetings during early design and layout stages to ensure the functionality and usability of parking applications are simple, and easy to use for the end-user… while streamlining parking practices and providing tailored data analysis tools for the client.
Originally trained as an international negotiator Mike has worked with top heads of state from Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Norway, where he was involved with software development and project management for cutting edge mass notification, emergency management and disaster response systems. Mike was also a two- time keynote speaker at the 2011 and 2012 International ASEAN Security Conference in Bali, Indonesia.

Project / Construction Manager
Mike has dedicated nearly a decade to the installation and project management of Parking Guidance System. At PGS, Mike oversees the project from the approval phase to the completion of the installation. Mike’s vast experience and troubleshooting ability allows him to effectively manage multiple installation crews and ensures projects are completed on time and on budget.

JOHNNY GRIFFIN
Program / Quality Control Manager
Johnny has 30+ years experience in the construction industry and has directed more than 140 major construction projects, primarily for government entities. His extensive project experience includes commercial and industrial electrical construction, underground and overhead electrical construction, communications distribution, electronic security, automated entry control points, and parking guidance projects.

JOSEPH LIVINGSTON
Project Manager
Joseph has more than 8 years of project management experience including underground electrical distribution, automated entry control points, and parking guidance projects. He has successfully managed the completion of more than 15,000 parking guidance sensors on multiple project sites, including Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and the Omni Hotel in Dallas, Texas.
